Belgium a growth market

Unlike other European countries, Belgium has come out of the financial crisis relatively unscathed, even registering an uptick in household consumption.
Lower levels of household debt and better labour market dynamics than elsewhere in Europe have helped to give the economy a boost. But the main driver is unquestionably population growth: over the past 10 years, an additional 800,000 people now call Belgium their home, a population growth higher than in France, the Netherlands or Germany.
