We are delighted to introduce our latest project : The Mint, a brand-new flagship retail development in downtown Brussels.
After a complete overhaul, the former Centre Monnaie complex, now rebranded as The Mint, is ideally located at the southern side of rue Neuve, one of Belgium’s busiest retail districts attracting 15 million shoppers per year.
We are also delighted to be part of the grand plan to revitalise central Brussels, which includes pedestrianising certain streets and fostering an inclusive community atmosphere. To date, place de la Monnaie and rue des Fripiers have had a major facelift. Rue Neuve, place De Brouckère and boulevard Anspach are next in line, along with the De Brouckère metro station, located in the lower level of the development.
It should come as no surprise, then, that Brussels has become an increasingly popular tourist destination in recent years, with an influx of 25% more visitors in 2013.
This trend is expected to continue in the foreseeable future, buoyed by the dynamic efforts of the public authorities and private stakeholders.
